1. General Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of products made from Alexander Betev via the BetevStudio Gallery website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Pricing

• We offer physical products (printed art posters, postcards, etc.) and digital products (high-resolution photo download licenses).
• All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include local import duties, customs fees, or VAT in the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• We make every effort to display the colors and details of our photography accurately. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor settings and print materials.

3. Payment and Order Acceptance

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order via the available payment options. Once an order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Crucial Note: Purchasing a physical print, postcard, or a digital file does not transfer any copyright or commercial redistribution rights to the buyer. All images, designs, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Alexander Betev. You may not resell, reproduce, modify, or distribute the purchased images commercially unless explicitly granted in a separate written commercial license.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital photo downloads are final and non-refundable. For physical products (posters, postcards), since they are custom-printed on-demand, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage, and we will send a free replacement.

6. Delivery Terms

Delivery within Serbia

Orders within Serbia are dispatched by the seller. The estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days after order confirmation, subject to the carrier’s schedule.

International Delivery

International physical orders are produced and shipped through Gelato Print-on-Demand. Production takes 2–4 working days, followed by approximately 5–15 working days for delivery depending on the destination country.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes or other fees charged by the destination country. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Returns and Refunds

Physical products are Custom Art Prints made individually to order. Returns or replacements are available only for damage during transport or a printing defect; please contact us with clear photographs within 14 days of delivery.

For Alta Pay transactions, refunds are processed exclusively by transaction reversal through the acquiring bank to the same card or account used for payment. Cash refunds are not available.
